"Region lock warning was too easy to miss"
I bought a game thinking it would work in my country, and then, well, turns out the region lock info wasn’t as obvious as I thought. It was technically there somewhere, but when you’re just trying to check out quickly, it’s really easy to miss. I ended up having to contact support and felt kind of stuck after that. I’m not saying the site is a scam or anything, but they really need to make the region warning way bigger and clearer before you pay

I bought a game key from gamesplanet.com and honestly, the whole thing was painless. Payment felt secure, the order confirmation came through quickly, and the key showed up in my account without any weird waiting around. I wasn’t totally sure at first since I don’t use the site much, but everything worked out fine. I’d use them again

I’ve been using gamesplanet for years now, i’ve never had any issues. I bought another key the other day when I was in a good mood and looking forward to playing something new, and everything came through just fine like usual. Prices are usually solid too, so I keep coming back.

I’ll admit I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I was a little hesitant to try this one. But everything in the product details was accurate, and there were no weird surprises after it arrived. I was kind of unsure about using Gamesplanet at first, not gonna lie, but the whole checkout process was actually really easy. The Steam key showed up right after I paid, which was great, and it activated with no problems at all. Prices seemed fair too. I mean, I was expecting something to go wrong for some reason, but nope, all fine. Would probably use them again.

i mean, I bought a couple of games from gamesplanet.com and the whole payment process was totally fine. I used my card, it went through quickly, and I didn’t run into any weird errors or random double charges. I got the key pretty much right after paying too, so no complaints there. "preorder was kind of a letdown"
i preordered a game expecting to get the key right away, but it ended up coming later than i thought it would. support did reply, but it felt slow. not the worst experience, just not something i’d be excited to use again for preorders.

I’m always a little wary with stuff like this because I don’t trust customer service to be much help if something goes wrong, but thankfully I didn’t need to contact anyone. Simple and no waiting around.

I preordered a game and the key was available before release, which was a nice surprise. I was able to download it with no issues, so the timing worked out great for me. That said, I’d still warn others to keep an eye on their order and make sure the key shows up before launch, just in case your experience isn’t the same.

My game key didn’t show up right after I paid, which was totally fine, I definitely wasn’t refreshing the page every two seconds or anything. I reached out to support and they got back to me quicker than I expected. They fixed it without making the whole thing a big complicated process, and the replies actually felt like a real person wrote them. So yeah, overall I’m happy with how it was handled.
